The Duke Of Dog Swamp (Postcode 6060 mix)

from by The Jangle Band

Jeff wrote the lyrics a whole 5 years before the Jangle Band was even conceived and then Joe took up the idea of Ian's to write a song with only 1 chord all the way through.

A lotta snake and a little oil
New adventures on the boil
And the night across the lake it strode
Farina drive to Wanneroo road

Could we glimpse another future or just the one that suits ya?

From dashboard lamps I can read your eyes
They point like maps to other sighs
But never did I see slow faces
Just dusty ash and family places

Did we glimpse another future
never thought to go much further
Freeway ramps to worlds unknown
Not safely home
